I’m a multilingual person based in Los Ángeles, working along the US/Mex Borderlands. For some years I was part of the language justice collective Antena Los Ángeles and since its dissolution I now work independently in translation, interpretation (community, legal, conference) and language justice organizing.
Some of my art and literary related projects include work for:
- the MoMA, the MoCA, the LACMA, PEN America, the Hammer, Clockshop, the Queens Museum, Craft Contemporary, the MAK Center, The Broad, LACE, Radius Books, 18th Street Arts, etc.
My political and social justice work includes collaborations with:
- the ACLU, UCLA, the City of LA, the Department of Public Health LA, the Transgender Law Center, the National Employment Law Project (NELP), the Garment Worker Center (GWC), the National Immigration Law Center (NILC) and other non-profits in Los Angeles and beyond.
